Frequently Asked Questions


1. Does EasyEquities / INVSTORE have a store where the items can be collected from?

No. All items can only be purchased through the online-store and delivered to your chosen address by courier. 

2. Is there a cheaper or alternative method of shipping?

No, we only use reputable door to door courier services and the applicable shipping rates are applied upon checkout.

We track our shipments to your door and make sure shipping turnaround times are adhered to and also make sure your merchandise reaches its destination. 

3. What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If there is any fault in the design of our products we will replace the item or refund your money on condition it is reported to us within 30 days from purchase and reasonable effort is made by the purchaser to produce evidence of the fault. We will not exchange or refund items that have been used.

We do not facilitate size swapping of products so make sure that the correct size is purchased when checking out. 

Return costs are for the purchaser's account.

4. Does EasyEquities / INVSTORE ship overseas?

No, not at present. 

5. How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel is on it's way, you will be able to track the progress of delivery with our preferred courier. We generally use Aramex overnight delivery. You will be able to visit www.aramex.co.za and enter the tracking number we email to you to track your parcels progress.
